Bahçelievler Drywall and Suspended Ceiling Applications
Bahçelievler mixes apartment stock from very different decades, so out-of-level floors, uneven ceiling planes and damp-related surface damage are routine findings in the older buildings. Spaces converting from home to office or shop to clinic are a significant driver; there, partitioning, acoustic insulation and fire performance are solved together.
Bahçelievler - Services We Provide
Because access and material delivery are straightforward here, the programme can be set by curing and jointing times rather than by site constraints. Most of our work in Bahçelievler concentrates around Yayla, Soğanlı, Şirinevler and Çobançeşme.
Bahçelievler - Neighbourhoods We Serve
We arrange free surveys in the neighbourhoods listed and the surrounding areas.
Work from across Istanbul
These projects were completed at different points across Istanbul. The same crew and the same installation standard apply here.
Curved Ceiling Bulkhead and Clad Columns — Case Study
The circular bulkhead was set out from a template and the columns were clad and rounded in drywall; diffusers and detectors were placed on the bulkhead face. All 6 photographs were taken on the same site as the work progressed.
Stage and Assembly Area Build in Istanbul
Backstage and the assembly volume were defined with drywall partitions; insulation inside the walls and a stepped ceiling plane break up reflected sound. The 3 photos below run through preparation, installation and handover in order.
Rock-Wool Acoustic Ceiling in Istanbul
Exposed rock-wool tiles deliver both an A1 fire rating and a high sound-absorption coefficient; the T-grid was set out to the tile module so offcut waste stayed minimal. All 2 photographs were taken on the same site as the work progressed.
