1-Year Workmanship Warranty
The warranty is not a verbal promise: it is assessed together with the written quote and the handover record.
What is covered
Installation workmanship listed as covered in the written quote is assessed against application defects for one year from the handover date.
Exclusions
User intervention, impact damage, water or plumbing leaks, building movement, natural disasters, work carried out by third parties and normal material wear fall outside the warranty.
Material transparency
The brand and model of every product used is stated in the written quote. Faults originating with the manufacturer are governed by that manufacturer's own warranty terms.
How to claim
Send photographs or video over WhatsApp. We carry out an initial assessment, arrange an on-site inspection where needed, and share a resolution schedule for covered defects.
