Çekmeköy Drywall and Suspended Ceiling Applications
Çekmeköy is dominated by detached houses and garden villas, where high ceilings, wide spans and non-load-bearing partitions between floors are the norm. Most demand comes from personalising newly handed-over flats: suspended ceilings, concealed cove lighting, TV niches and room partitions are the most requested items.
Çekmeköy - Services We Provide
On managed estates we clear working hours, lift use and debris removal with the site office in advance, so work proceeds without disturbing neighbouring flats. Most of our work in Çekmeköy concentrates around Taşdelen, Alemdağ, Hamidiye and Merkez.
Çekmeköy - Neighbourhoods We Serve
We arrange free surveys in the neighbourhoods listed and the surrounding areas.
Work from across Istanbul
These projects were completed at different points across Istanbul. The same crew and the same installation standard apply here.
Outdoor Pergola and Soffit
Board and framing were specified for moisture and UV exposure; a fall was built in for drainage so rainwater never loads the carrier structure. The 8 images document the sequence from set-out through to clean handover.
Steel Staircase and Mezzanine Fabrication
Structural box sections were welded and squared on site; riser heights were equalised and the mezzanine deck sized to its intended live load. Principal materials: Steel structure, Metal fabrication, Mezzanine deck. The 25 images document the sequence from set-out through to clean handover.
Perimeter Cove Lighting, Room by Room Project
The channel running round each room was set out from the carrier profile lines aligned to the walls; the LED strip sits inside it and washes the wall from above. These 17 frames show the detail solutions and the finished surface up close.
