Beşiktaş Drywall and Suspended Ceiling Applications
The concentration of upper-segment homes and offices in Beşiktaş leaves little tolerance on finish quality: seamless surfaces, concealed lighting and tight mitres are the expected baseline. Office and corporate projects make up a large share of demand, where the handover date, working outside business hours and speech privacy in meeting rooms are the deciding factors.
Beşiktaş - Services We Provide
In high-rise buildings material loads are split to the lift's capacity, and the floor sequence plus goods-lift booking become part of the programme itself. Most of our work in Beşiktaş concentrates around Levent, Etiler, Bebek, Ortaköy and Akatlar.
Beşiktaş - Neighbourhoods We Serve
We arrange free surveys in the neighbourhoods listed and the surrounding areas.
Work from across Istanbul
These projects were completed at different points across Istanbul. The same crew and the same installation standard apply here.
Kitchen Suspended Ceiling
The extractor duct and lighting run were absorbed into the ceiling void to flatten the kitchen plane completely; moisture-resistant board handles the humidity load. The 8 images document the sequence from set-out through to clean handover.
Metal Mesh Suspended Ceiling — Case Study
Open-weave metal mesh panels give an industrial plane without hiding the services and sprinkler run above; the panels were detailed as demountable for maintenance access. The 14 images document the sequence from set-out through to clean handover.
Curved Ceiling Bulkhead and Clad Columns — Case Study
The circular bulkhead was set out from a template and the columns were clad and rounded in drywall; diffusers and detectors were placed on the bulkhead face. All 6 photographs were taken on the same site as the work progressed.
