Maltepe Drywall and Suspended Ceiling Applications
Its position on the water raises the moisture load in Maltepe, which makes moisture-resistant board selection decisive in wet areas and on walls adjoining the facade. Spaces converting from home to office or shop to clinic are a significant driver; there, partitioning, acoustic insulation and fire performance are solved together.
Maltepe - Services We Provide
In high-rise buildings material loads are split to the lift's capacity, and the floor sequence plus goods-lift booking become part of the programme itself. Most of our work in Maltepe concentrates around Bağlarbaşı, Cevizli, Gülsuyu and Esenkent.
Maltepe - Neighbourhoods We Serve
We arrange free surveys in the neighbourhoods listed and the surrounding areas.
Work from across Istanbul
These projects were completed at different points across Istanbul. The same crew and the same installation standard apply here.
Steel Staircase and Mezzanine Fabrication
Structural box sections were welded and squared on site; riser heights were equalised and the mezzanine deck sized to its intended live load. Principal materials: Steel structure, Metal fabrication, Mezzanine deck. The 25 images document the sequence from set-out through to clean handover.
Perimeter Cove Lighting, Room by Room Project
The channel running round each room was set out from the carrier profile lines aligned to the walls; the LED strip sits inside it and washes the wall from above. These 17 frames show the detail solutions and the finished surface up close.
Slot-Line Suspended Ceiling Project
Across a large floor the carrier grid was set out first, then continuous slot lines were cut into the ceiling face, gathering lighting and air supply into one line. These 17 frames show the detail solutions and the finished surface up close.
