Curved Ceiling Bulkhead and Clad Columns — Case Study
The circular bulkhead was set out from a template and the columns were clad and rounded in drywall; diffusers and detectors were placed on the bulkhead face. All 6 photographs were taken on the same site as the work progressed.
Stage and Assembly Area Build in Istanbul
Backstage and the assembly volume were defined with drywall partitions; insulation inside the walls and a stepped ceiling plane break up reflected sound. The 3 photos below run through preparation, installation and handover in order.
Rock-Wool Acoustic Ceiling in Istanbul
Exposed rock-wool tiles deliver both an A1 fire rating and a high sound-absorption coefficient; the T-grid was set out to the tile module so offcut waste stayed minimal. All 2 photographs were taken on the same site as the work progressed.
