Sultanbeyli Drywall and Suspended Ceiling Applications
Most of Sultanbeyli's housing comes from recent gated developments, so ceiling, partition and niche work in newly handed-over flats is the busiest category. Most demand comes from personalising newly handed-over flats: suspended ceilings, concealed cove lighting, TV niches and room partitions are the most requested items.
Sultanbeyli - Services We Provide
Because access and material delivery are straightforward here, the programme can be set by curing and jointing times rather than by site constraints. Most of our work in Sultanbeyli concentrates around Mehmet Akif, Hasanpaşa, Battalgazi and Adil.
Sultanbeyli - Neighbourhoods We Serve
We arrange free surveys in the neighbourhoods listed and the surrounding areas.
Work from across Istanbul
These projects were completed at different points across Istanbul. The same crew and the same installation standard apply here.
Cove Lighting in a Hallway and Bedroom — Case Study
A rectangular channel was recessed into the ceiling of the hallway and the bedroom; its edge was lined up with the downlight axis so the ceiling reads as one line. All 3 photographs were taken on the same site as the work progressed.
Colour-Changing Cove Lighting in a Function Room for a Commercial Space
RGB LED was run in the concealed perimeter channel; the channel was kept deep enough to hide the strip from view, and the decorative ceiling fitting was fed from the same line. The 16 photos below run through preparation, installation and handover in order.
Kitchen Suspended Ceiling
The extractor duct and lighting run were absorbed into the ceiling void to flatten the kitchen plane completely; moisture-resistant board handles the humidity load. The 8 images document the sequence from set-out through to clean handover.
